Twelve botanicals, from rose and jasmine to mountain pine, in a matte black bottle where only the flowers do the talking. Made for aperitivo, cocktails and gifts worth remembering.
Matte black as a canvas, watercolour flowers as the stars and a blue «é» as a signature. Bloomé is made for those who choose with their eyes and fall in love with their palate.
Flowers bring fragrance and softness; balsamic and spicy notes keep the gin fresh, dry and long.
Distilled and bottled in Zola Predosa, in the hills outside Bologna, in carefully controlled batches.
Created with a bartender: it has to shine neat, in a gin and tonic and in cocktails.
The gin
Bloomé is born with two floral recipes. We start with the Floral-Citrus; the second soul will follow later.
First to bloom · available at launch
A floral, fresh and spicy profile: the delicacy of white flowers meets the alpine notes of mountain pine and eucalyptus, rounded off by the warmth of black pepper.
The 12 botanicals

Bloomé's second soul: rose, geranium and lavender intertwine with chamomile and a bouquet of citrus, from mandarin to finger lime. A soft, luminous gin with a fresh touch of cucumber and rosehip.
The soul of the Floral-Citrus
The idea was to strike a balance between freshness, elegance and character. We chose floral botanicals such as rose, jasmine and elderflower for their delicacy and soft fragrance.
Balsamic notes of eucalyptus, mountain pine and peppermint add freshness and depth, evoking alpine and Mediterranean landscapes. Coriander, angelica, orris and black pepper complete the profile with spicy, herbal and lingering nuances: an intense, recognisable citrus gin.
A sweet, floral and slightly sensual note, romantic and velvety. It adds softness and delicacy to the whole.
Balsamic freshness and an invigorating, slightly pungent sensation that wakes up the palate.
A fresh, lively, minty note with a cooling and slightly peppery effect on the palate.
Floral, fruity sweetness with a delicate, luminous character, often perceived as lightly honeyed.
Tasting notes
The journey of the Floral-Citrus, from the first scent to the last sip.
Nose
Opens with rose, jasmine and elderflower, delicate and bright, with a light honeyed hint of helichrysum.
Palate
Mountain pine, eucalyptus and peppermint bring alpine freshness; coriander adds a lively citrus streak.
Finish
Black pepper, angelica and orris close dry and elegant, with a floral memory that lingers.
Neat
Well chilled, in a small glass, to taste every flower.
Ice
Large, clear cubes that melt slowly.
Tonic
Neutral or lightly floral, so it doesn't hide the botanicals.
Garnish
Lemon peel, an edible petal or a sprig of mint.
The design
Rose, cherry blossom and iris painted in watercolour on black: made to stand out on the shelf, on the bar and on Instagram.
The packaging
From bottle to capsule, everything is matte black, so only the flowers on the label speak.

700 ml matte black glass with sharp shoulders and a clean profile.

Black silicone bar-top stopper for a secure seal and a soft pour.

Matte black shrink capsule that seals the bottle until it is first opened.
The ritual
The simplest way to get to know it: a gin and tonic that lets the flowers speak.
Elegant
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe and express the peel.
Refreshing
Shake the first three, pour into a tall glass over ice, top with soda and garnish with edible flowers.
Aperitivo
Build in a wine glass over ice, finish with a splash of soda and a sprig of mint.
Bars, shops, gifts and events
We are looking for wine shops, cocktail bars, hotels and restaurants that want a distinctive label on their drinks list, as well as companies, weddings and events looking for an elegant gift.
